Hello Aspirant
Yes , you can get a seat in sastra . But it will be little difficult to get top branches as the demand for top branches like CSE is more so the cutoff is more. But please apply for the counselling process and hope for the best.

You must secure your rank below 23k to get admission in Sastra University, or you can get it by any type of quota if you have. Hence for getting CSE at SASTRA one has to score above 95% in 12th and above 93 percentile in JEE Main.
Your 12th marks and jee marks will decide your seat in sastra university. The merit is made based on 25% weightage of JEEmarks And 75% of your class 12th marks. So as you have calculated then your marks are good and their are some chances that you get stream 1 in good branches.
you get admission by
Stream 1 : JEE main marks + Intermediate Score (70% seats)
Stream 2 : Only Intermediate score (30% seats)
Holding a rank around 4k to 5k. you have good chances to get in to sastra using stream 1 (but you may not get cse, ece). Getting in through stream-2 with this score is almost difficult. So, you may get the below branches
ICT (Information Communication Technology)
Civil Engineering
Biotechnology
EEE
hope this is helpful for you
all the very best for your upcoming future

Congratulations for your result. 92.22 percentile is a good score in JEE MAIN exam. In order to predict the exact college first we need to calculate the exact rank. It is quite difficult to predict the exact rank as the trends changes every year because it depends on many factors like number of students appeared, shift, toughness, etc.
But we can predict your result based on the previous trends. With 92.22 percentile your CRL-AIR will be around 79589 - 89470. You can verify your rank by using our rank predictor tool which is given below:

Hope you are doing great. To apply for admission to the institution, go to the official website of the university and complete the online form. Only one application form must be completed for the admission process. However, for two of them, one application for each of the Sastra University's two separate campuses—the Kumbakonam campus and the Tanjavur campus—is insufficient. due to the existence of two distinct administrative offices There are separate processing systems for the two Sastra University campuses, but the selection process is the same for both.

Hello,
There are two admissions streams, first.
JEE main scores plus Intermediate Score (70% seats) in Stream 1
Only Intermediate scores (30% seats) in Stream 2
You have a fair probability of getting into Sastra utilising stream 1 if your rank is around 1300 but your rank is larger. With this score, passing stream 2 is nearly impossible. Thus, you might obtain the branches below.
Thank You
Hey Aspirant,
As your rank is quite high. Here are previous year cut-off ranks for Sastra University Thanjavur campus :
For stream 1
CSE : less than 650
ECE: less than 800
EEE: 1100
Mech: 1100
ICT,IT: 1300
others below 2100 at max
But if you are from Tamilnadu state then under state quota you can get all branches except CSE, ECE. However, cut-offs change every year with respect to the level of exam and the number of candidates.
All the best!!
Dear Aspirant,
It is quite hard to predict the exact situation as it depends on the number of students willing to take admission and the seat matrix of the college.
CSE is one of the most competitive branches and hence one needs really high ranks to get in.
Stream 2 is usually highly competitive as only 30 percentage of seats are filled via it. So, if you belong to the non-tamilnadu category you have a really small chance of getting into CSE.
You have a small chance of you belong to the Tamilnadu category and you have a really good chance of getting ECE, EEE and other core courses with your rank .
Hope this helps.
