Your 10+2 percentage is an added benefit to your eligibility. There are two ways to get admission: 

*Admission to B.Tech courses is offered on the basis of candidate's performance in 10+2 followed by Shiv Nadar University Scholastic Aptitude Test (SNUSAT) and Academic Proficiency Test (APT).

APT stands for Academic Proficiency Test. It is a test conducted by Shiv Nadar University, Delhi. It has question purely related to the course you have opted for. As the name have Proficiency so this test actually evaluate your knowledge of the subjects. The question are from core
