i m very sorry to say as the demand in karnataka under BSC agri and veternary in our Karanataka is quite high with this its impossible to get the seat with such rank you must atleast have 3k below

as you said, you are trying in SIT tumkur. it is one of the top colleges  in karnataka. But according to 2018 round 2 seat allotment closing rank of ISE was 9551

but dont lose hope might be this year closing rank may increase so be positive. but

Well you scored well, there are 9 out of 11 courses available for you at such rank. 

But apparently there is a tough chance that you may get the IT branch at SIT Tumukur.
