i m very sorry to say as the demand in karnataka under BSC agri and veternary in our Karanataka is quite high with this its impossible to get the seat with such rank you must atleast have 3k below

as you said, you are trying in SIT tumkur. it is one of the top colleges  in karnataka. But according to 2018 round 2 seat allotment closing rank of ISE was 9551

but dont lose hope might be this year closing rank may increase so be positive. but to be assured which college can you get then , you can get in 

1. BNM institute of technology

2. dayanand sagar academy of tecnology and management

3. CMR institute of technology

4. cambridge institute of technology 

these are some colleges you can get but if you belong to HKR reservation then there are chances that  you get in SIT tumkur 

in 2019, less number of students have written compared to last year 

i hope you get in SIT or better colleges
