Yes, anyone in India can  get admission in Sikkim Professional University after qualifying the eligibity criteria.

Well ,though you have not mentioned in which exam (10 or 10+2) you have got this percentage ,but  I am assuming that you are telling about your intermediate exam percentage as your query is about admission in college .

If your percentage is  more than 50% in 10+2 then you are eligible to get admission as per SPU rules !

So ,if your score is 70% in 10+2 or intermediate level then you are eligible to get admission in B.Pharmacy!

to get admission in Sikkim University for Post Graduation, both the aspects are considered i.e. it is based on both graduation aggregate marks followed by an entrance test known as CAT.

The basic eligibility for applying in Sikkim University is different for different courses. There also might be personal interview in some courses.

There is no information about the admission process for the academic year starting from 2021 for Government Pharmacy College, Rumtek, Esat Sikkim. The authority has not publised any article for this year's admission programme in various courses the college offers. Although, Himalayan Pharmacy Institute (HPI), Rangpo, East Sikkim has published the process of admission for the courses offered by the College for the academic year starting from 2021.

Himalayan Pharmacy institute East Sikkim is a reputed college approved by PCI and AICTE. They offer Pharmacy courses such as B.Pharm, D.Pharm and M.Pharm. Admissions for all three courses are expected to be commenced by 26th of November 2021.
