Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University Admission Test (SAAT) is a National level exam conducted by Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA) University for admission into various undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) course. This year, SAAT 2019 is scheduled from April 14 to 28, 2019 and May 3 – 4, 2019 (online) and April 21, 2019 for the offline exam.
The course fee per year is ₹98,000.
The eligibility criterion for B.A. LLB is as Follows:
Candidate must have cleared (or appearing) 10+2 or equivalent examination in any discipline, securing a minimum of with 45% (40% for SC/ST categories). Candidate’s age should be less than 20 years as on August 1, 2019 (22 years for SC/ST categories).

yes, SAAT conducting university (SIKSHA O ANUSANDHAN DEEMED TO BE UNIVERSITY) Is worth it because according to NIRF the university secured a rank of 32 in top engineering colleges,24th in best university category,21st in medical category,and over all 41st rank in india . A question arises here that why am i telling you these ranks . it is because the NIRF is a department which gives the ranking to colleges and universities after rigourous verification and inspection. so if according to NIRF if there is a college or university is under top 100 then chances of getting quality education as well as good placements .
SIKSHA 'O' ANUSANDHAN UNIVERSITY is worth it to persue the cources .

eligibility for BTECH
Pass or appearing (in the year 2019) at 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry / Computer Science / Information Technology /Biotechnology / Biology / Informatics / Statistics / Technical Vocational subject or any other subject as approved by appropriate authority with atleast 45% marks (40% in case of SC / ST / OBC category).

Hello Rishab, you have pretty decent rank in TSPGECET, with that much of rank you are pretty much eligible for most of the college out there. Though you are not eligible for top tier governemnt college. And do keep some college as backup plan. And you have fair chance of getting JNTU can not say anything about OU. Hope this helps!!!
