Hello!

Yes, GITAM School Of Humanities And Social Sciences, Hyderabad offers BA Hons in Psychology. This course is of 3 years and fees per year is Rs 60000. Total fees is Rs 1.80 lakh.

In order to be eligible for this course, you must pass with a minimum of 60 percent marks in 10+2 level from any recognised board. Entrance exam is GAT.

Other courses offered are Ph.D (1st year fees- Rs 40000) and MA (1st year fees- Rs 25000).

what is the total fee structure of ba social science for sc category students

Hello there

I want to tell you that there are various colleges which offers BA social science and their total fees varies.

If you go to the private colleges their fees would be much higher in comparison to the government colleges.

Government colleges the fees ranges from 2000 to 50000 and in which you can also get free waving as you belongs to SC category if you satisfy the criteria of minimum annual income of the family.

is tamilnadu universitys BEd in social science is approved by kerala PSC

Hello  Aspirant,

Tamil Nadu open university is obviously approved by Kerala PSC and even Tamil Nadu University is approved by Kerala PSC. IGNOU distance B. Ed programme is recognised by Kerala PSC. Other Distance B. Ed programmes are not recognised by Kerala Public Service Commission. Otherwise minimum 45% - 50% in Class 12 and graduation is the selection criteria.


It has most of the good faculties and well established infrastructure.

As you want to get admission in DU for the course in Humanities and social sciences. Your admission to the B.A. Honours (Humanities & Social Sciences) programme will be solely based on your performance in the entrance exam.

There are 40 seats available in B.A. Honours (Humanities & Social Sciences). There is no specific syllabus for the entrance examination. Multiple Choice Questions on General Awareness, Current Affairs, General Knowledge, Communication Skills (English/Hindi), Logical Reasoning, and Analytical Ability will be included in the two-hour written entrance exam.
