Tata Institute of social Science is one of the top deemed to be university situated in Mumbai with NAAC A Grade.
To take admission in this Institute candidate has to appear for an entrance test which is called TISS-NET.
Actually the tissnet examination for 2021 has been cancelled due to this pandemic situation.
And one thing also Tata Institute of social Science has not any course like MSc in psychology. They have two years long post graduate in applied Psycology, which have only 20 seats and it costs about 1.2lakhs. click on the link below to know more about that

University of hyderabad offers Integrated course in IMA (social sciences) program. however the full course of first three years is divided on 6 semesters and in each year there is two semester. This integrated course is Leading to Masters Degree in Anthropology,Economics, History,Political Science and Sociology. syllabus would varies as per your choice of stream among sociology/ economics/ political science/ history/ anthropology .

see the majority of the public sector undertaking vacancy released for engineering and science stream graduates or post graduate candidates based on gate score. however you may apply for lecturer or assistant professor like work opportunities in private or government institute , mentioning of gate score is excellent and have chances to make a different profile among other candidates.

After doing BA in sociol science one can become content writer, economist, social worker. There are private and well as government jobs available for BA social science graduates.
Other than this, one can do further education, some of the PG degrees are MA social science, MA social work, Content writing course, B.ed etc.
TISS provides campus placement to only top scorers of the batch.
