I suggest you join some good private Btech college which is providing the engineering in Computer Science branch. Then study hard there and prepare for GATE. GATE is an exam for admissions in PG courses in IITs and IISC and NITs, the top engineering colleges in the country.

You can join B.Sc computer science or B.C.A. course after class 12th. Some top colleges like DU, BIT, Xavier institute gives you choice to get admission into BSC or BCA courses.
If you wish to apply then, do apply in your preferred colleges after 12th.
