If arts students can became software engineer

Hiii Chandru!!!! I am sorry to say that no an arts student cannot become a software engineer because you cannot convert your stream from arts to science although you are very much able to go vice versa. Becoming a software engineer requires the students to be from science stream.

The salary offered to any employee is usually expressed in per annum(p.a.) i.e. anually and it varies for different companies.

You might check the offer letter whether the saalry details given is monthly or anually. Usually salary of 3.6 lacs is given anually.

Yes,  you can get admission in engineering. It is possible to make into government colleges but you can try for good private engineering colleges. For private engineering colleges, you need to pass in all the subjects in class 12.
