It depends on your choice, if you are starting from the scratch go for a certificate course as it will build up your foundation. A certificate course trains you in a specific area and helps you obtain necessary skills without years of schooling. It is generally completed under a year.

Spain Embassy offers such kind of courses aren't mentioned in the website. If you want to learn spanish you may join institutions those teach various language.

You didn't mentioned which state/city you belong to. So in this case I can't avail you the info about such institutions near you.

Embassy most probably doesn't provide any kind of courses. You can join institutions those offers courses for French and Spanish Language.

In Delhi you have:

It is quite difficult to get admission but don't loose hope you can try to get admission. According to your previous year cutoffs. the cutoff of BA Hons Spanish is 62 and you get 61. You can left with only 1 marks but
