First of all there is no more esic quota /reservation, as it has been lifted off. Earlier  339 seats , breaking down 317 MBBS seats and 22 BDS seats   were earlier reserved under ESIC quota, but now  these seats will be filled through all India counselling.

I believe with an AIR of 7952 in NEET MDS 2021, unless you have certain categorical advantage, you may have bleak chances in securing a seat in one of the Top Government or State Dental Colleges. However, do participate in the Counselling a d keep an eye on the NEET
