I am sorry to say that with All India Rank 1,62,636 and Category Rank 2503 in NEET 2020, you will not get any government colleges for MBBS in Telangana or any other state.

You may get some private colleges in Maharashtra or Tamil Nadu under All India Quota.

According to the the previous year cutoffs , with this rank you have some chances to get All India seat , although you can try for the state level neet counselling , where 85 percent seats are for state students , you can try for the state

You have to upload the documents and pay seat booking fee in first round itself. Otherwise your seat will get cancelled.

If you get better college somewhere else you can later withdraw your seat after 2nd round.

based on previous years cutoff, the ranks were too high. Any student who got just above 3lakh also didnt get govt seat. so you also have quite a less chance to get it. I would say no chance.

but the management quota cutoff was above 4lakh and your marks
