For your NEET UG score you have less chances of getting Government seat in Medical Colleges in Karnataka but you can get Management quota seat in Private Medical Colleges in Karnataka based on previous year's cut-offs.
You must be under the colleges of same University.
Your cgpa must be more than 8 cgpa to get into other Govt. College. But it is difficult for one to transfer from private to Government, since the University affiliation is different. Hope you got my point.
