Sorry to say that you don't get seated in CSE or IT branches because the closing ranks are CSE : 10,000 and for IT :23,000. I am not sure that you will get seat in your desired branches.

Yes , you can select NCR campus for counselling and apply for ramapuram campus. You can apply for any campus for counseling, it won't determine which campus you can apply for or not.
