SRM Institute of Science and Technology, NCR Campus, Ghaziabad
Hi dear,
Hope you are doing well.
Now let's go through your question.
All institutes all over the nation accepts JEE mains score.Though they also have there very own entrance examinations such as VIT Vellore conducts it's own VITEEE if you clear it with a good merit you possibly get a good scholarship these are basically scholarship cum-test. Similarly BIT conducts it's own BITSAT which is much popular among the aspirants.
VIT & SRM definitely take admission in JEE mains score with a decent 12th board marks.
But when it comes to BITS they are very strict to JEE mains & it's own entrance exams.
Thank You & All the best!
Choosing the right college or institute to pursue your dream career is a very crucial decision.
The right decision can be taken only if you have the right information in your hands.
Aerospace engineering is one of the most popular and exciting fields of engineering.
It consists of the development of aircraft and spacecraft.
It has two major and overlapping branches: aeronautical engineering and astronautical engineering.
Aeronautical engineering deals with aircraft that stay within the earth's atmosphere such as aeroplanes and helicopters.
Astronautical engineering deals with aircraft that operate outside of the earth's atmosphere such as rockets, satellites, spacecraft, etc.
The following list of the top 10 aerospace engineering colleges in India is in random order and based on careful research. Keep in mind that this list is not official and is likely to change from time to time.
1. IIST, Thiruvananthapuram
The Indian Institue of Space Science and Technology is one of the top 10 aerospace engineering colleges in India. IIST is governed directly by the Department of Space, Government of India.
2. IIT Madras
IIT Madras is also one of the top 10 aerospace engineering colleges in India. Many foreign leading aerospace R&D's and governmental agencies fund projects done here.
3. IIT Bombay

10. PCET, Coimbatore

The government companies hardly visit any of these colleges, in case you are looking forward to get a job in government, then any of these colleges would work, but in case you feel that there is even a slightest possibility that right after your B.Tech you would prefer to work somewhere while preparing for your examinations for government jobs, the you should prefer choosing VIT or SRM.
Hello Kishan!
You have secured a decent rank in all the competitive examinations.
With this NTA score you won't be able to get into any good government college that too into a good branch. You will get some private engineering colleges only whose infrastructures, placements and education quality will not be as good as in KIIT or SRM. So avoid joining those private colleges on the basis of your NTA score.
I would suggest you to join KIIT rather than SRM. You can get branches like ETC,EEE,EIE,ECE,IT,MECH,CIVIL,EE in the the very first round of counseling at KIIT.
Being a student of KIIT Deemed To Be University,I personally recommend you to join KIIT since it is best known for the placements .Every year various companies hire students offering them 5-24 lakhs of annual package.
The university is best in every aspect whether it is academics or other activities.
They have a very well designed campus and in the last few years ,it has improved many hostel rooms, classrooms, campus etc.Hostels are very neat & clean and the College campuses have beautiful sights. Here you can find food from every parts of India. The hostel food is much better than other universities.(though the weather might be annoying at times but still better than SRM Chennai!)The faculties in KIIT are much better than those in SRM as I have heard from my friends studying in SRM university.Overall this is a college that anyone could ask for.

As far as ranking is concerned the most authentic one considered is the Official MHRD Ranking (National Institutional Ranking Framework, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India): MHRD, National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF) In 2016, KIIT university got 32nd rank while SRM University campus didn’t even manage to get into top 100 university list.In 2017, SRM university ranks 35th position while KIIT University got 47th rank and now in 2018,SRM university ranks 41st position whereas KIIT ranks 42nd position. And also b oth are DEEMED Universities status wise.
Every private universities has students who come through donatation but here ,the number is way less than SRM.The fee structure of KIIT is also less as compared to SRM.In overall comparison KIIT is a good university which has transparent system of education but in SRM University condition isn’t the same.
I would suggest you to join KIIT University on these basis and I ensure that you won't regret!
Hope this helps!

Good Luck
Hey.
In NCR campus of SRM, the college doesn't offer you specialisation in a particular field of CS branch. If you are ok with it and can do by your own from coaching institutes, then it is well and good.
But if you want specialization, you can go for GLA university in Mathura. It is better than NCR colleges.
Cheers.
