For vit there's a separate exam which is VITEEE
For Manipal there's a separate exam which is MET
For SRM there's a separate exam which is SRMJEEE
And the percentile you mentioned in your query is not enough to take admission in nirmal

Yes you can't take admission in Manipal University , SRM , vit ,NIRMA UNIVERSITY through Jee . You have to apply their own entrance paper .
