SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram Campus
For BBA they have some cut off for the 12th Marks in commerce stream. May be you can get the admission by clearing their exam which can be on site or off-line.
You can call them by visiting their website http://www.srmuniv.ac.in/
But do it early they have a limited number of seats.
Hope you find it helpful

And almost all the faculty in srm university is phd holder.the lecture in the classroom are open and interactive with videos and ebooks.
The professor are always ready to clear doubts and always encourage student about research work.
I hope my answer will help will help you out.

Dear aspirant,
You will have to pay the counselling fee before counselling even if it is on the day of counselling.
This fees paid is non-refundable which means it won't be given back even if the student swcires a seat or not.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
Hi Harrypreet,
SRM Kattankulathur campus is quite huge in its land area. The University provides various ammenites inside the campus. Though am not sure of the hostel, I suspect them being common. But still, the ammenities provided like the various food outlets might be same. Do visit the campus once for a better picture.
All The Best.
Hi Bojjam,
Yes, the online application has been long closed for admissions into the branches and the main campus of SRM University. But you can get the application form offline by approaching the university directly, on special requested cases.
All The Best
Hi Chetan,
Admissions and intake for the going on in SRM all the branches. If you have applied and have already acquired a seat in the university through online registrations, you can report to the college. After the fee payment is done, further details would be shared and you would be guided through further proceedures.
Hi Aayushi,
If you have clearedthe backlog and have passed required eligibility examination before admissions, then this wouldn't be a problem. Make sure to have all the eligibility criteria's checked before starting the admission process. In that case, everything would workout fine.
The Placement Records For Biotechnology is below average, The Students Mostly Prepare For Further Post Graduation or Research. As a research Reference this university is quite good, if you are in biotechnology department then you can get all type of facilities that could help your research. And the facilities of placement are good though they are doing a lot better in Computer Science, most of the students
Hence, SRM is not at all satisfactory for MSc Biochemistry or biotechnology.
Hello
Since the query was asked three months ago, I hope your problem was solved and I wish you have got a seat in your preferred course.
Do let us know if you have any other queries.
It is pretty chill tbh. There's so much to explore, so many people to meet and the campus is always a happening place. You will never be bored here.
Academically, they have almost everything except veterinary sciences. The cool thing is, if you are interested in another stream unrelated to your background, you can actually learn them as well. The labs and research centers have the latest equipments, my favorite place would be the Fablab and Innovation and Incubation Centre ( both are open 24 hours). Infrastructure is not that bad except for a couple of old buildings (trust me, I've seen worse in other universities)
The campus is clean and green and actually perfect for photoshoots. Student clubs are highly active, from tech stuff to literary, there's something for everyone. As I mentioned, it's a very happening campus.
There's different fests that take place throughout the year, but the ones everyone is excited about is Jhalak, Aaruush, Panacea, Bazaar and of course, the one and only Milan. Removing the peer factor, one of best places for creating amazing college memories.
The only problem I faced was being from North India, language barriers to navigate through the shops around the campus, however you'll be fine in a couple of weeks as you can get the job done with English and gestures. Inside the campus it's not a big deal as everyone knows English and you'd find a huge crowd from north India as well, and you'll adjust pretty quickly. Cannot vouch for the weather though, it is very humid.
Overall, it's a good experience, Academically or not. The faculties are nice and helpful, the exam pattern isn't stressful but helps to prepare for the semester end, the campus has positivity and its buzzing with excitement round the year, and you have so much fun and freedom, it's all upto how you can make the best of it.
