We are from Andhrapradesh. My fasther working in a pvt company in Pune from Last 15 years. I did my SSC in pune and doing HSC in pune. Do i need domicile certificate to get admission in to MHCET?

Vedang Ranmale 24th Nov, 2021

Hello student,

It is not compulsory to have a domicile certificate for admission via MHTCET and DTE counselling. However, its required if you need to have the advantage of the different category of admission provided by the council. As you have done your 10th and 12th boards from Maharashtra, you will mostly lie in category B. However, for that, any of your parent must have a domicile certificate. Or else, you will lie in the quota of outside of Maharashtra during admission and your admission cutoffs will vary accordingly

I hope this helps, All the Best!

Riya 24th Nov, 2021

hello aspirant,

  • Firstly your concern is one of the most top concerns of aspirants who are preparing for entrance and simultaneously also preparing for boards
  • but all i would like to suggest is that the subjects and the topics are the similar.
  • though the ssc textbooks and reference books might differ and also the syllabus in the ssc for 12th grade  is different as compared to cbse 12th grade syllabus.
  • but the conclusion is that you need to study both 11th and 12th grade syllabus for your neet examination. so i would suggest give your undivided attention to your entrance examination as that exactly would determine your future in any of the renowed government medical colleges.
  • and when you study from your ssc textbooks during your college examinations or preboards, do not worry that you are losing out on something or lagging behind rather think of this in this way that you are adding an extra edge to your preparation.
  • keep on working hard and be self motivated and consistent with your daily goals. you will surely succeed

Good Luck!!!!

piyush263001 18th Nov, 2021

Hello,

It is very unfortunate that you missed your examination, but there is no other way possible by which you can appear for the same Examination this year.

As these examination are conducted for large amount of students, it is not possible for the examination conducting authority to keep taking examination of students who missed out due to any reason.

Kindly apply for the Examination in the next schedule.

Thank you.

I completed my 10th from telangana state. My ssc mark sheet for mhtcet counseling is not approved, it asks for converted mark sheet. what should I do?

Tanya Gupta 24th Dec, 2021

Hi,

The marksheet provided in class 10th is usually in the form of CGPA.  As your mhtcet counselling did not approve of the marksheet and asked for conversion, the conversion is very simple so you do not need to panic. The conversion means from CGPA to Marks which can be done by multiplying by 9.5.

I hope this helps,

All the best.
