I believe you should prefer B.Com Honours at St Xaviers Kolkata over Ramanujan College Delhi. Of course if Delhi is in vicinity of your hometown im that case you might think otherwise.

No wonder so many of its alumini are excellent CAs, CFOs, researchers, business persons and entrepreneurs. Companies like Ernst & Young Deloitte, Cognizant , TCS , Axis Bank and many others from Finance and Corporate Domains are regular recruiters at St Xaviers Kolkata.
Besides this a huge chunk of students prepare for UPSC-CSE,CAT, SBI PO, CA, CS and other competitive examinations. Hence you should not doubt the brilliant and motivating peer environment and campus culture.

Hello
Well I will give you a gist of both the colleges so that you can decide which one you prefer.
St Xavier's Kolkata- Ranked 6 for Commerce (https://www.shiksha.com/accounting-commerce/ranking/top-commerce-colleges-in-india/97-2-0-0-0) by The Week 2020. Well as per the reviews by most of the students here, the faculty is good buyut the course curriculum ic a bit outdated. In term sof the campus life, it is great and there are hostels too. They have a cultural fest every year (a oretty big one). The placement opportunities are good as top notch companies visit the campus however the competition is really high.
Ramanujan College- Ranked 42 for Commerce (https://www.shiksha.com/accounting-commerce/ranking/top-commerce-colleges-in-india/97-2-0-0-0) by India Today 2020 . The students get placed here but the percentage is 40 to 50 percent of the total with an average salary of 3 lakh per annum. Besides this, the faculty is highly qualified and the course is up to date. There are a lot of clubs and activities and the campus is great however it does not have a hostel facility of it's own.
In my opinion, if you are a very studious and study oriented person then go for St Xaviers but if you want an all round development with sports and everything then go for Ramanujan.
St. Xavier's College, Mumbai has been ranked as the 2nd best college in India for Science studies and the 4th best in India for Humanities studies.

Hello Ritesh!
St.Xavier's College is one of the most reputed college when it comes to commerce. The campus is huge, excellent infrastructure and facilities too. Placements record is around 70% and the average package offered is 3-4LPA. One advantage of joining this college is you will get exposure to non academic domain as well. There are many non curricular activities too held in the college. College is pretty strict so if you are looking for a college where you can chill a bit along with college days, then may be this is not a right choice. The faculty is well trained and experience in general amd you can expect a good time learning there.
Aurobindo College is affiliated to the Delhi University. The campus is small and evidently the infrastructure is not so appealing either. Placements were a bit low around 3 to 4 years back but now it is improving. However, faculty are indeed good and friendly. The college fee is not too high and affordable on an average scale to everyone.
If you have to choose one of them, may be I would recommend St.Xavier's college. However, if you choose Aurobindo too, it is not a bad decision either as you will get exposure from scratch in this college.
Choose as per your convinience and target.
