You really don't have to specifically mention somewhere, while filling SBI clerk Application form, that you are a minority as, you will not get any option to choose minority section. In the Application form, The categories of will be mentioned like
1. General or unreserved
2. OBC
3. SC/ST
4. PWD Candidates
5. Jammu and Kashmir migrants
6. Ex-servicemen
and you will have to select SC/ST category. Dates are already out for filling up the form. The maximum age to fill up the form for SC ST category is 33 years. Since you're a SC candidate you don't have to pay any kind of fee. Have a look at the important dates regarding this-
1. Notification release- April 26th, 2021
2. Filling up online form- April 27th, 2021
3. Last date to fill form- May 17th, 2021
4. Release of Admit Card- June, 2021
5. Exam date (Prelims)- June, 2021
6. Result- July, 2021
Remember, exam for SBI CLERK recruitment will be conducted in two phases Prelims and Mains.

I would like to inform you that for getting appear in sbi clear entrance you must have passed your graduation from a recongzied university to fullfill the eligibtly
First you have to clear your all of your backlogs then only you will be considered passed in your final marksheet. So when you will cleared backlog your marksheets will be automatically updated and you have to write those marks only

There's not a problem at all if you have any backlogs in your graduation, but all of your backlogs must be cleared or otherwise you you won't be considered a Graduate. Now, you are absolutely eligible to to fill up SBI form but you must have get your mandatory documents before the prescribed date of submission, failing in this, your application will be rejected even if you have qualify the exam.
Though no minimum percentage has been fixed by the concerned authority in order to be eligible for exam, if you're a graduate then you are eligible. Final year students are also eligible to apply.
