Hello, in order to appear for SBI PO 2019 examination, you must have attained 21 years of age as on April 1, 2019. Since you will become 21 on April 24, 2019, you will definitely be eligible for filling the application form of SBI PO 2019.

According to the SBI PO eligibility criteria, Candidates should hold a graduate degree or equivalent examination from a recognized University or by the Central Government to be eligible to appear for this exam.
You cannot appear after class 10th, you should complete your graduation first to be eligible.
