The minimum qualification required for Jee Main is that the candidate must has passed 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics or any of these subjects such as Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology or Technical or Vocational subject

It depends, for IIMS you have to score minimum 99 percentile. It is the basic eligibility criteria for iims also they will see your previous marks and then only you are eligible for the further process.

As you have cleared your ST category JEE Mains cut-off so you are eligible for JoSAA counselling to get admission into NIT's , IIIT's and GFTI's .But since you have very low score , so you have very less chances to get a seat in any NIT. But

Yes you are eligible to give JEE Examination in 2021.

Candidates who score more than or equal to 75% in 10 + 2 Examination or equivalent.

There is no age limit criteria for JEE Mains.

Definitely yes ,
Once after giving the improvement exam you only need to check weather you are scoring a minimum of 75 % in PCM or not.
If yes then you can definitely give JEE exam.
