Hello Sukesh, congratulation for clearing 12th there are chances for you if you are sc -54.012 needed but if you are belong to any other caste than sc you no chance but you can get best colleges for course you like.

The eligibility criteria for admission in NITs requires a candidate to have 75% marks in 12th board (65% SC/ST) or be in top 20 percentile.Since you have less than 75% you will not be eligible for admission in NITs,IIIT,GFTIs and also IITs.You can take admission other private

Yes for MHT CET entrance exam your textbooks is enough for prepation subject like physics chemistry biology and mathematics go though the state textbooks the level of question in entrance is not too hard is just same as your board exams there is difference is MCQ you will get good

I did my schooling at the Maharashtra state board(hsc)for my 12th i studied English ,pcmb, biology and environmental science as subjects. What subjects can i use to satisfy the 75 percent eligibility criteria for jee mains colleges (i want to exclude biology) or is it the overall of all 7 subjects?

First of all there's no percentage barrier to be eligible for JEE mains dear so you don't need to bother about it at all.

To be eligible for NITs, IIITs, GFTIs , jee advanced( for iits) one needs at least  75% marks in aggregate in class 12
