as per ugc rules students are eligible to pursue one full time degree course with one distance education course. however you can not pursue two full time course simultaneously. due to covid 19 many of the colleges and university are conducting classes on online mode, but the rules remains same. so you have to try for next year for b.ed course.

1. Firstly it is established by government of India and get more funds from central government.
2. salary of an employee or quality of education system is better than state university.
3. fee is quite high compared to state university and i think the only cons which is in central university.
4. Here you will get more Facilities compared to state university.
