ayanmukherjee045 24th Mar, 2021

Dear aspirant,

After completing bsc in maths, physics or statistics, you can go for a number of job options other than teaching, such as - data scientist, software developer, research analyst, quality assurance engineer, credit risk analyst, company secretary, you can join ISRO as per vacancy and demand of the job,  etc., But, after studying a proper course or training for them. So, I suggest you to complete Post graduation first and then apply for jobs.

is persuing b.sc and m.sc in statistics from Adamas University, a good decision?

Subhrajit Mukherjee 5th Feb, 2021
Yeah! Its a good choice. But it will be costly. You can go for colleges like Asutosh College etc if you want to avoid entrance exams & if you have good boards marks. The course will be cost effective.

You can also go for Adamas if you want to. There is no problem except the course fee as its too high. If you have no monetary issues then you can go for it.

I hope my answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!

MSC in computer science involves study of software engineering, system development, natural computation, mathematical foundations and artificial intelligence. Whereas MSC in statistics deals with study of collection, organization, and interpretation of data.
