Hey Rakesh
Bith these universities are good and it really depends on the stream you have taken. However I will tell you about both these institutes in general.
As far as Satyamba University is concerned , it is a pretty great institute and most students are satisfied with the kind of placements and education it provides. It has ranked 11 by Times 2020 in Engineering .There is free wifi in the campus with Library and updated classrooms,Free medical check-up and up to date lab equipments. In streams like CSE there is above 80% placement with average package aroound 3.25 lakh.
Now for Saveetha University, As you may know it has ranked 74th for engineering by Times 2022. The onle thing students complain about is it's lack of placement drives (as around only 40% students get placed from streams like MEchanical Engineering) however the cse and it students see around 90% placement with average package of around 5 lakh per annum. The teaching staff is good and there are facilities of well equipped labs with high-efficiency computers, medical facilities, sports and games. Food is served in the canteen for students. There are library facilities too.

You should try Structural Design Industrial Training course. The course is part of civil engineering but to help structural designers to analyse configurations of the basic structural components, calculate the pressures that each component is likely to face, consider the strength of various materials. The course is designed in such a way that you are well versed with the science of ensuring stability, strength and rigidity of structures to take the load without failure. There are CAD Software courses concerned with structural design and engineering. Post completion of the courses, you can apply for jobs like Structural Design Engineer, Structural Designer, Structural Detailer, RCC Detailer, Structural Steel Detailer with a starting package of atleast 25,000 to 35,000 Rs per month.
