You need to mention your domicile state. In some states like West Bengal the cutoff for SC category is low (around 280 if one sticks to the last rounds of counselling) whereas in some states it really high as in Rajasthan.

It highly depend on which state you are from. Some states might have a cutoff in the 400s like Goa does whereas states like Rajasthan will have a soaring high cutoff of 500+.
