Hey there!

Generally your medium of Examinations has to be constant, either hindi, English or any other language on offer. You can't use two languages simultaneously. Although, you can also contact your college administration regarding that, maybe they could help you with that and allow you to do so.

I think with pcmc you mean physics,Chemistry,Maths & computer. So it's not necessary to take biology with these subjects.

In science stream there is an option given between Math & Biology .Only physics and chemistry is compulsory.

As per COA admission guidelines, the minimum score needed in NATA for a student to get admission into architecture colleges for the year 2020 is 40% or 80/200.

Yes, you can give GATE exam after studying MSC in Physics. The basic eligibility criteria for gate exam is completion or final semester of Master’s degree in any branch of Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Applications or equivalent. There's no weightage given to 12th score for eligibility criteria of GATE exam.
