I am an OBC student from Andhra Pradesh. I am expecting 173/300 marks in JEE Mains September 2020. Can I get CSE branch in any one of the following: (IIIT HYDERABAD, NIT TRICHY, SURATHKAL, ROURKELA, WARANGAL and CALICUT)?

First of all Congratulating you on your nice performance that you are going to score such a good marks and I would like to tell you that based on your marks and the fact that you belong to Obc category, I think you will definitely get CSE in NIT Calicut while remaining are top NITs where chances are there, but since cse is considered most decent branch, almost 85 percent of student keeps its as first priorities, so you have high chance that you might get into those nits too, just you need to keep choices clear.
