i have done bsc from zoology botany and chemistry now can i do msc in agriculture? is ICAR provide such course ? is it equal to normal bsc agriculture and then msc agriculture from icar ? all privilege given to normal icar student will be provided to me or not ? doing msc from icar is good option

As your percentile is 90.87 your rank will be around 82k and with this rank you have very less chance of getting any NIT from EWS. For border NITs in spot round cutoffs are low so you may try for that though spot round is not sure thing
