There are different sections under UPSC CDS. For Indian Military Academy, Officers' Training Academy- Men, Women and Non Technical sections, candidates must hold a degree from a recognized university. For Indian Naval Academy, a degree in Engineering from a recognized university is needed. For Air Force Academy, a degree from a recognized University with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level or Bachelor of Engineering/Technology is required.
