see it depends on the exam authority, if they decided that questions is too tough and the number of failure candidates is large than they may decided to give grace marks to all candidates, however it is not like every year grace marks is given for all subjects. you

Firstly I wish  your family will healthy soon. Now talking about exams so due to this Panedamic Covid-19 the government had cancelled all exams so no need to worry about exams . As you have not mentioned about exams so,  as we know JEE exams has been postponed

You have good percentile so  you can apply for government college and top private college. Apply with TFW option. if you get TFW then you don't have to pay Tution fee every year but have to pay rest of the fee structure.
