After passing your class 12th with BiPc, you can appear for NIOS On-demand examination (ODE) in a single subject ie maths in your case.

See there is no percentage criteria to appear for JEE-Main but as per general rules and regulations,there is requirement of at least 75% marks in 10+2 for General category candidate for admission to NITs/IIITs/CFTIs on the basis of JEE-Main score.

Your score is too low for getting government colleges but because of your reserved category you can get deemed university.you should go for NEET exam again to fetch more marks and get government medical colleges.
