Other popular entrance examinations like AIIMS bsc nursing, Indian Army bsc nursing etc application form also hasn't been released yet.

Yes, phones are allowed in first year classes. However, it is recommended to keep your phones on silent so as to not disturb the ongoing classes. You can use your phones in canteen and when the lecture hasn't started. Otherwise it would be the best to avoid using mobiles in classes. You can however check time, use calculator in between classes using your mobile.

See SBI PO is a selection process for the post of Probationary Officer in State Bank of India. It consists of three stages, first stage is of preliminary examination which is only qualifying in nature, second is Mains examination followed by the third stage that is of Interview and the final merit list is prepared on the basis of last two stages.
Now if you are a Biology stream student then also you will be eligible for PO exam but after completing your graduation because for PO examinations the candidate should at least have graduation degree from any central/state recognized institution.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR SBI PO :-
>>>>> Age of the candidate should be in the range of 21-30 years with relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST category and 3 years for OBC category.

Student there in this rank of 15000 in Karnataka government entrance test you have the good chances for taking admission in Computer Science and Engineering in river University Bangalore. You should fill the form for JEE Mains 1 just to observe the type of questions and not as a serious attempt , since you have your NDA on 10th April give your full attention to it and then from the next day or two start your JEE preparation .
Also you are a dropper so you must be having a pretty good idea about the paper and also good preparation this time , give your best on the JEE Mains 2 .

Upsc CSE is conducted in 3 rounds that is prelims mains and interview for top level central government jobs. There are about 24 services under UPSC CSE that IFS, IPS, IAS the most services by clearing the exam. The basic eligiblity for applying the exam is to have a degree in any stream.

As per your query, YES Bihar students are absolutely eligible for the MHTCET exam. Student from any state can give this particular exam. However, you do not get any kind of reservation, you will only be considered under all India category. And so you won't be eligible for government and as well as government aided colleges as well.

Generally, Biomedical Engineering course requires PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) but there is one entrance exam which I know whose questions are based on Physics, Chemistry and Biology and by clearing this entrance exam, you can pursue Biomedical Engineering course (Bioinformatics with CSE to be specific).
