If you want to pursue just embryology then you don't have to give NEET exam.
There are many institutions where you can study embryology.

After your 12th standard you can either do

As you don't belong to Kerala State then you will be falling in non-keralite2 (NK-2) category only irrespective of the religion. This category students are allowed to participate in counseling for self-financing medical colleges. There is 15% reservation for NK-2 category in self financing medical colleges of Kerala.

With the academic record which you have mentioned in the question you should have at least 95-98 or more percentile in CAT and along with this you should have good performance in graduation as well because you will not be having any work experience just after completing graduation.

Yes, you can appear for the improvement exam to enhance your marks. In improvement examination, there is only one chance is permitted in the succeeding year, and for the additional subject. You can apply within 6 years of passing the Main examination.
