Out of total 150 seats, 115 are reserved for UT Pool, including seats for Sc and PwD Categories.

15% of Total seats (approx 22) are reserved for SC Candidates and 5% of Total seats (approx 8) are reserved for PwD Candidates.

Your category Bc_D rank is way higher than the cutoff for may college. You will not be able to get Mbbs, dental sciences, agriculture and veteranery Sciences streams in medical colleges.
You can hope for Home Sciences, food science, medical lab Technology or ayurvedic streams.
