Does doing Internship after completing graduation wont be consider as gap right?
The internships of any recognized company after the completion of the degree or any other occurrence are considered gaps. GAP is a term that refers to students who take a year (or less, rarely more) of their regular studies, usually between high school (upper secondary school) and college (university). It will be counted as work experience and you can add it to your resume, this will definitely give you an edge over other students if you want to get any other degree (masters).

Anand, MBA Biotechnology is a 2 years post graduate course and to pursue this you must have qualified undergraduation degree with atleast 45-50% in any field of science and medicine from a recognised college or university. Then to get admission in abroad colleges, you first need to chose the college, check out its admission criteria (if it is through any entrance exam then you need to prepare and qualify it). Also, you will be required to get a study visa to study abroad.

Unless you are financially affluent and are destined to move abroad, I will advise you against pursing a BS in Biotechnology abroad. You must rather pursue B.Sc/Integrated Masters/B.Tech/Dual Degree Courses in BioTechnology from Higher Technical Institutes like Top IITs, IISERs, NITs as well as Reputed Public or Private Universities like Manipal University, AMITY, SRM and so on.
Once you Graduate with good Grades, couple of good projects and interships under your belt, followed by a great Score in GRE/TOEFL as well as a strong SOP and Recommendations from Professors, you will surely secure Admission in some of the Top Universities in the World in domains of Biotechnology, Genetic Engineering, Drug Design, Biochemistry or Bioinformatics for Postgraduation or Doctoral Education with full Funding/Scholarship and hence start of a great career in industry, research or academia.
Not only will this route ensure you of your research interests, but also nurture develop your research intellect in the correct direction in stages, furing course of your Study.
