Physiotherapists cannot perform surgeries in particular however; their concerned area of work is primarily preoperative and postoperative in order to restore natural bodily movement. Only a qualified surgeon is allowed to perform invasive practice of a surgery. You'll have to do MBBS first and then MS/MD to become a surgeon.
Hey there
Do not get depressed by your score as marks doesn't decide one's future. As per your marks you will not get AIIMS Delhi or any other government colleges. Though if you can afford you can have management seat in medical colleges which are self funded.

Dear candidate, Colleges is totally depend on the marks you got and the rank. Different states have their own criteria for seats to allote. Under state quota the 85 percent reservation for state students and under all india quota the 15 seats for the other state students.
As you have not mentioned about any state, its difficult to say about any college with any information. And you have less chance in all india quota, so go for state quota benefit.
For that here I am providing you with the link of our site portal to predict your college by just mentioning your information for the college and know you applicable colleges.
Follow the below link to predict your college: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor
Hope this information helps you to get college details. Thank you

Hello Siva,
If you want to become a surgeon, you need to do a 5 years degree course in Medicine. You will be eligible to study 5 years medical course if you manage to clear an NEET examination conducted every year. After 5 years degree completion you need to do an MD, after this you need to enroll in Surgical residency program, after which you will be given a licence as a surgeon after examining your knowledge and skills throughly. All this procedure might look long and tiring, but with keen interest and passion, the surgeon dream can be achieved. The skills required for this job are very basic like, interpersonal and communication skills.
Good luck! Will be happy to help with any other doubts.
