Yes, 1 Lakh per month is a possible earning for a doctor in a good field. Many doctors even earn multiple times of this amount in one month which depends on your practice, reputation, experience.
It depends upon your outreach, abilities and your practice that how much money you will be earning in this field the better you are known the more you will earn.
Hello aspirant,
You cannot become Surgeon after completion of B.Sc or M.Sc in Cardiology. To become a Surgeon you need first complete your MBBS course and then MD/ MS in specialization you are interested in and they if you are interested then can go for DM in super speciality specialization of your choice.
Minimum qualification required for MD/ MS is, candidates must appeared in entrance exam like NEET UG and secured MBBS seat and completed it from a recognised College or University are only eligible to appear for NEET PG and then to get MD seat. Then through NEET SS you can join DM in super speciality specialization.
So with just B.Sc or M.Sc in Cardiology you are not eligible to become Surgeon.

Hello ishaan,
There must be some fixed salary in the big hospitals like Fortis , Apollo, leelavati, for every surgeon working. But the structure of the salary of these surgeons depends from person to person depending upon the experience. In some hospitals there must be some extra money provided to the doctors as per the number of surgeries.

Hello there
Generally the roster for every surgeon is same as they experience the same types of situations in their daily life and maybe it can vary according to their perception.
Typically talking about the schedule for a younger surgeon is never set on a stone and everyday is very unpredictable. The whole day have a full clinic session or a surgical session and also they have to attend academic sessions.
The average General Surgeon works 50 to 60 hours per week. Depending upon the practice situation they can be called as much of time (if they are in a private solo practice) to once a week (if doing practice in large group). Also there may be surgeons who have specific days in which they perform the surgery which is scheduled earlier and the rest of the time they spent it on researching various things and by providing emergency care to the patients.
I hope it helps you!
Thank you!
