Surgeon
Hello there
See It's not a very practical salary and so let me tell you some parameters. The salary of a surgeon are limited and are paid on per case and also there are sometimes fixed salaries. The Limited amount salary is varies from 2 lacs to 10 lacs per month which depends upon the factors like speciality , the hierarchy of the degree, area of expertise ,demand and supply and much other also.
But the thing doesn't stop here as if any surgeon acquires his own setup or I can say that if anyone build up his own private empire and his motive is to become a businessman along with the surgeon then there is no limit that how much he or she can earn.
I hope it helps you!
Thank you!

Hi,
Hope you are doing great.
I would not suggest you go for any B School at 48 percentile because at this percentile if you get a college you won't be able to get a good placement from there and sometimes even no placement. So, I suggest you to take a drop this year and try for next year. There may be few colleges that will offer you admission but they won't be worth it. CAT 2022 is not too far away you can start your preparation now to score well in CAT 2022. It is expected to happen on the last Sunday of November.
Hope this helps.
Dear aspirant,
Considering you are talking about a doctor who has work experience of five years so let me tell you it depends very much on the doctor and his/her name and the kind of work he does.
If he is getting a good response from his patients and the hospital is recognising his/her effort then surely he would get promotions and soon can hold higher positions.
He can also do private practice and many of the doctors also do this but many doctors are refrained from doing this because that's not legal.
Hello Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well.
About 25% of surgical residents have children. Interestingly, surgical residents with children are more likely to be looking forward to work, and according to various statistics, they are more likely to be happier at work than without children. But her life has become more difficult than before. Of course, having a child during your stay is not easy and problem-free. Gender plays a big role. Women with children between the first and third years of graduate school are more likely to feel overwhelmed than female residents without children. Both male and female residents with children are likely to report that their working hours cause family stress. Many female surgeons missed their parents' meetings, often missed their siblings' games, and fell asleep at family dinner. We cannot ignore the fact that both residents and surgeons have a hard time finding a balance between work and life. Thank you Many surgeons in India work as senior surgeons in various hospitals and they have a very good family relationship. Time management is a skill. If you decide on such a profession, your personal life will also shape a possible path. So you don't have to worry about these things. Once in the field, it doesn't look like work or labor. You have good and bad moments, good and bad experiences, all of which influence the surgeon's aura. Over time, you will find that you can balance your life with your family and work. So don't worry, follow your passion, and everything will be fine!
Hello candidate,
It's a very individual choice which depends from person to person and how he wants to to get the help from his future partner, and how we can convince your family regarding your profession and whether they will support you or not it is a very difficult question to point out from a general perspective. if you have any other thoughts regarding any education related topics will be to post it here.
Hi there,
According to judgement of court duty of residents doctors should not exceed 12 hours per day . Resident doctors are allowed one weekly holiday by rotation.
Junior resident doctors should ordinarily work for 48 hours per week and not more than 12 hours .
Working hour of day may be flexible according to workload and availability of doctors in hospital.
So maximum hour a doctor sshould is 48 hour per week it should not been more than that.
Hope it helps you
Good luck!
Hello Aspirant!
Of course having children during residency is not easy or without problems. Gender plays a large role. Women who have a child during their post graduate 1 – 3 years report they are more likely to feel overwhelmed than female residents who do not have children. Both male and female surgical residents with children are more likely to report that their work hours create family strain.
Interestingly, surgical residents with children are more likely to look forward to work and more likely to be happy at work than those without children according to various stats. But became their life more difficult than earlier.
We cannot ignore the reality that surgery residents as well as female surgeons struggle to find a work-life balance. They have to handle their baby as well as complete household chores. During their home hours husbands should help their wife and take responsibility of house works. That will comfort their surgeon wife from the stressful day of work.
Good Luck!
