The qualifying marks set by NTA for the General Category students in this year's NEET itself was a score of 134 marks.
And as far this year's Rank vs Marks is concerned, I don't think you stand a good chance to get in through a Govt. medical

First of all allow me to clear your confusion. You have queried about MHT CET but you have added tags of SET examination. Let me tell you that both are completely different examinations. MHT CET is Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for admission into premiere government (or private) institutions

Hello Bandari, you know that you did not have that much good marks in NEET but belonging to SC category helps you in many way surely the cutoff will be low for you but if you are not able to clear the cutoff then sorry no one can help you
