A candidate will be eligible for TS Eamcet counseling only if he qualifies the entrance exam based on the below criteria :
- A candidate needs to get 25% of the total marks to qualify the exam.
- Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes have no qualifying marks as such.
A candidate after qualifying the exam can opt for counseling after getting his rank.
So,if you belong to any caste other SC and ST and score more than 40 marks then you are eligible for counseling.
A seat allotment can be done only after the certificate verification and it depends on your rank, total candidates, seat availability etc.
You can register for TS Eamcet counseling in tseamcet.nic.in after the website opens.
