Normally the snap cut-off for SIIB and SIBM in Bangalore is 80+. So a raw score of 58 or 59 have very less chances of getting you into those colleges. You can try for other colleges with other exam results.

Hello as you already joined in TIME Institution and scoring average qualifier marks try applying for SIBM/SCMHRD Pune there will be pre entrance examination for the specified institutions,incase you qualify any of the institution entrance join your preferred course but for SIBM you need to have 3 yrs work experience after your graduation for entertaining their institute so try applying for both but focus on SNAP if you're recently passed out,incase if you can wait gor the particular institute search for an business management company who will provide you a work experience letter for your entrance so that would help you in getting qualified for your preferred institute or incase you can't wait search for a good institution according to your qualifications.

CLAT is the National level Exam for Five Years Integrated law programme & post Graduate Law programme, It is not for three years law programme. You can apply for LSAT Entrance Exam, It offers the courses BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB, BSc LLB, three-year LLB and LLM.

SIBM -Pune especially requires you to get more than 98+ percentile in SNAP Entrance.

I would suggest score of 70+ will land you i nto that zone. But the trend of previous year suggest strongly the cutoff to be 98+ percentile.

Try to score around 67+.

SNAP form has colleges to select and only those that you select before the final deadline will be the colleges that will consider you finally. Even if you get 100%ile, if you have not applied for SCMHRD, you will not be considered and you will not have an option to apply in anyway. So make sure you apply for as many colleges as you want before the application closes. 

You can apply for colleges through out the application window unlike CAT where you have to choose all colleges at one go.
