If you want to pursue engineering, as you said ECE, then I would say MIT is a better option.

They don't offer ECE degree for UG.

The score of 79.22 percentile is too less to get CS/IT in Symbiosis pune. Previous years councelling result shows that 115-125 marks are required in jee main to get CS/IT in Symbiosis,Pune.
So try for the private colleges to get admission in desired branch
