Congratulations on your score. You can surely apply to Symbiosis, Pune with your JEE percentile score, but it is not possible to know for certain whether you would get an admission in Electronics and Telecommunications there since there are three different exams whose score is accepted by the university and they only release the cut off for SET, which is conducted by them.
