Well management quota or state quota ranking cannot be predicted like that. It requires the complete list of students who registered for counseling and also their marks. All of this combinely demonstrates what your rank is going to be. So wait for the list to be out.

If you belong to Tamilnadu, you can participate only under Management Quota seats of Private Medical Colleges of Telangana. And if you are applying for Muslim Minority Medical College, then you can claim Muslim minority quota.
