Hi aspirant,
Based on the marks you've scored in NEET, chances seem tough to get admission for MBBS under 15% All India quota seats as well as 85% state quota seats. You may however apply for management quota seats at deemed universities through MCC.
To predict your chances of admission for MBBS/BDS courses accurately based on your NEET score, check out the NEET College Predictor 2020:
Greetings!
Since, you've not mentioned the category, we've assume it to be for general category. The cutoff for 2020 for is not yet declared by the authorities concerned, but the cutoff score for last year for general category was 701-134, so yes you may have a chance to get BDS.

Hello!
There are extremely less chances mam. This year have an heavy competition where it is not easy for a person to get a medical seat even for the one who have scored 490+ in NEET. This year students statistics is quite high where many people have scored 500+ and a lot people have scored above 550. It is never wrong to have scope and it is possible to get a seat in private college where they will go for minimum cutoff. Certain private college will ask just for clearance of NEET inorder to give a seat like Shri Balaji college, etc. If you are desperate about NEET under government college do take up NEET exam next year also. Let me remind you that most of the students who scored good marks in NEET this year are those who are taking NEET for the second time. ALL THE BEST. Hope the answer was of some help.
Thank You
Dear Aspirant ,
the total marks of the exam is 180.
Though ICAR doesn't provide a marks vs. rank statistics, nor does it release the marks of the students in its results, nor does it allow students to take the offline paper home,
so I can't give an exact value of the cutoff score.
I think you should aim for something above 100 as the competition is quite stiff. A rank within 2000 will guarantee you a seat in the first counseling itself,
while the second counseling ends at a rank around 7k.
Hope this information helps you ,
THANK YOU .
Dear!
I don't want to disheartened you but there is no chance of getting admission in any of these central universities and I would suggest you to apply in another universities.
Thank you!
All the Best for your future.
