as you said you do not have the professional degree and also the latest marksheet that you have is a 6th semester then a student yes you can upload that marksheet but if you have a PDF copy of any of the recent result you can also upload that instead of uploading the six semester marksheet. As the current situation is is unpredictable so nothing is sure. But once I would recommend you to talk to your college about the provisional degree for the latest marksheet so that you can upload the latest information otherwise if they don't agree to that then you can also upload the recent marksheet whichever it is with you to the portal.

According to the said marks your expected rank is very low which cannot take you to tier 1 colleges like Anna University, PSG Coimbatore and so on. See cut-offs also depend upon your category and as you have not mentioned the category so it is little bit difficult to guide you accurately.

Let's see whatever I know about that TANCA counselling is divided into two channels that name is GATE and another one is TANCET and also both are have some pretty much different. But in my opinion if you don't get a good college through gate but there are may be chance to get admission through the TANCET. I hope you have no problem for this.
