As you haven't specified any reservation category, for TS epass scholarship, I'm mentioning, the amount given for each reserved category.
For Bc/BE category, INR 1.05 lakhs,(for rural area); INR 2 lakhs (for urban area).
For SC/ST category, INR 2 lakhs, both for rural as well as urban areas.

If you are eligible for getting fees reimbursement then you can avail fees reimbursement. To get full fees reimbursement , you must have AP EAMCET Rank below 10,000 and your parents must not be Goverment employees and their parent annual income should be less than Rs. 2 Lakhs if you belongs BC-D Category. As you AP EAMCET Rank is above 10000 you may get partial fees reimbursement if you meet eligibility criteria.
If you are Telangana student and want to study in Andhra Pradesh and want to get fee reimbursement then you can get if you are eligible for it. You need to apply for Scholarship and Telangana Government will sanction your reimbursement request if you are eligible and submit relevant documents. You need to apply for fees reimbursement and consult your College's Scholarship department for further details.

Hey I will suggest you to always target higher as there is uncertainty of rank and cut off every year. So if you target something by a prediction, that may not be the same next year. So always try to concentrate and clear all your concept. And For an idea to your question, try to secure 500-550 at least.

If you belong to EWS Category and your father’s annual income on Income certificate must be below 8 lakh and If you are a resident of Andhra pradesh/ Telangana then the students belonging to EWS, EBC, BC, Kapu, Minority, and PH (Physically Handicapped) are eligible for tuition fee reimbursement in Andhra Pradesh/Telangana.
